OLX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will shape design strategy across product squads, own craft standards, and mentor junior and mid-level designers.

You’ll work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems—using tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor to prototype and iterate. You will establish patterns, evolve the design system (Nexus), and raise design quality and team maturity across the organization

Formación

• Proven experience in UX / Digital Product Design with a strong portfolio and measurable impact.
• Expertise in AI-native design and applying AI tools in design practice.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and components.
• Proven track record mentoring designers and growing teams.
• Strong product and business thinking with ability to define success metrics.
• Excellent English communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design strategy across one or more product squads and shape roadmaps.
• Prototype and iterate using AI-native workflows and tools for end-to-end design execution.
• Establish reusable patterns and contribute to the Nexus design system.
• Mentor and develop designers through critique and feedback.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on strategy and feasibility.
• Conduct user research, run experiments, and iterate based on feedback.
• Lead design reviews and strategic discussions with cross-functional partners.
• Identify gaps and champion innovative design approaches.
