OLX is seeking a Principal Brand Designer in Barcelona to shape the visual language across OLX Group and its brands. You’ll define principles, systems and standards that unify diverse products while letting each brand express its identity.

You’ll lead with craft and systems thinking, collaborate across Marketing, Brand Strategy and Product Design, and drive AI-enabled design workflows that scale globally while maintaining brand integrity.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in brand design, or visual design.
• Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets.
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences.
• Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems.
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define the future of OLX Group's brand ecosystem with cross-functional partners.
• Build scalable brand systems and design governance across portfolios.
• Lead AI-enabled design workflows, templates and asset libraries.
• Raise the creative standard across brand experiences including product launches and marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Strategy and executives to translate strategy into visual systems.
