What would you need?

• 5+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design roles, with a strong focus on mobile platforms (iOS & Android)
• Proven experience working with or building design systems
• Experience with Figma (components, tokens, documentation)
• Solid knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines (Apple) and Material Design (Google)
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies (especially React Native, SwiftUI, or Jetpack Compose)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in agile teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

What will you do?

• Design and maintain consistent, scalable design systems used across mobile applications
• Translate complex product requirements into user-centered design solutions that balance usability and technical feasibility
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation
• Document and communicate design patterns, principles, and guidelines for global product teams
• Contribute to a culture of design excellence through collaboration, critiques, and mentoring
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iteration to refine design solutions
