Capitole is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

You will drive discovery to delivery with strong Figma skills, a solid background in UX design, and an emphasis on accessibility and scalable design systems. English communication at a business level is required, with opportunities to engage across our international client base.

• Senior Product Designer with end-to-end product design experience.
• Proficient in UX methodologies and design systems.
• Able to design accessible, inclusive digital experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products.
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, information architecture and visual design.
• Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teams.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design.
• Fluent Business English (B2-C1)

Location: Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest)

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery
