Capitole, base en Barcelona, busca incorporar un diseñador(a) senior para liderar iniciativas de diseño desde concepción hasta entrega. Colaborarás con Product, UX Research, Engineering y Brand para crear experiencias web y móviles de alto impacto.

Se valorará experiencia con sistemas de diseño, accesibilidad y un enfoque colaborativo. Ubicación híbrida en Barcelona: 1-2 días en oficina y el resto remoto, con beneficios para empleados y actividades de equipo.

Formación

• Demostrar experiencia liderando iniciativas de diseño desde el descubrimiento hasta la entrega.
• Experiencia en diseño end-to-end para web y móvil.
• Conocimiento de metodologías UX, arquitectura de información y diseño visual.
• Colaboración con Product, UX Research, Engineering y Brand.
• Conocimiento de sistemas de diseño y enfoques basados en componentes.
• Capacidad para compartir conocimiento y trabajar en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar iniciativas de diseño desde descubrimiento hasta entrega.
• Diseñar wireframes, prototipos y diseños de alta fidelidad con Figma.
• Desarrollar experiencias digitales para web y móvil de extremo a extremo.
• Aplicar metodologías UX, interacción e IA para una buena arquitectura de información.
• Colaborar con equipos de Producto, UX Research, Ingeniería y Marca.
• Contribuir a la evolución del design system y su documentación.

Location: Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest)

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a , leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery


• Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs


• Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products


• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, information architecture and visual design


• Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teamsi>
  
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches


• Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to the evolution of a company's design system and documentation


• Data-informed design practices and experience with research/testing xkdbapo validation


• Experience optimizing design processes, file management and version control
