About the role

We’re seeking a user-centered Senior Product Designer who crafts top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful web and mobile solutions.

Your daily tasks will include

• Defining and framing the problem space, exploring multiple solutions before finalizing one,
• Designing end-to-end experiences for a specific product area,
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, and iterating to optimize the user experience,
• Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic directions and plan roadmaps aligned with business goals,
• Participating in design reviews and sharing work regularly with design and leadership teams.

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience in product-driven companies,
• Proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile,
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills,
• Experience conducting user research to validate design approaches,
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience with building design systems,
• Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
