What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to define customer and business challenges
• Identify key metrics for each project and take ownership of their outcomes
• Research and provide insights supporting complex company goals, such as market expansion or new feature launches
• Conduct guerrilla and customer testing sessions to validate assumptions and iterate rapidly
• Design simple, elegant product solutions from wireframes to prototypes, paying attention to detail
• Work with technical teams to implement designs and participate in review sessions
• Review release performance, analyze learnings, and suggest improvements
• Maintain and evolve a design system for standardization

What you’ll need

• 3+ years experience designing complex commercial applications in an in-house environment
• Strategic thinking about product direction and clear articulation of design choices
• Understanding of technical considerations in design, comfortable discussing feasibility with engineers
• Self-driven attitude, capable of owning the design process within a team
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior
• Passion for problem-solving and openness to challenges
• Availability for two days of office work per week

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Basic programming skills for creating prototypes
• Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
