This role reports directly to the Corporate IT Vice President and works across departments to drive license optimization and compliance—without issuing directives, but by leading with expertise.

What You Deliver :

  • Full compliance with vendor agreements, reducing legal risks.
  • Cost savings through smart license selection and usage.
  • Clear tracking of software licenses across the organization.

Your job :

  • Develop and maintain a company-wide software license management system.
  • Define and implement global processes for acquiring, tracking, and auditing software licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and global licensing regulations.
  • Manage renewals, track usage, and negotiate with vendors to optimize costs.
  • Analyze license utilization and cut unnecessary spending.
  • Develop internal policies for software compliance and best practices.

Your profile :

  • Expertise in software license management tools, ideally SNOW.
  • Proven experience in negotiating software agreements with major vendors.
  • Skilled in analyzing license usage and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing license inventories.
  • IT proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and license tracking tools.
  • Practical driving skills (if required for the role).
  • Language skills : English B2 (German or Spanish is a plus).

Location-independency / flexibility :

Structured Onboarding :

You receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

Set-up :

For this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (notebook, headset, backpack) if you are working in an office, and for remote workers we have an extended set-up.

Vacation : 30 days a year.
