About the role :

We’re looking for a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer who crafts best-in-class solutions through thorough product reasoning. In this role, you will design end-to-end experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for web & mobile experiences.

Your daily tasks will entail :

• Define and frame the problem space and explore multiple solutions before landing on a final solution.
• Design end-to-end experiences for a dedicated product area.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic direction and plan the roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership.

What we expect from you :

• 5+ years of working experience at product-driven companies.
• Proven track record designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven experience conducting user research to validate design approaches.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including using and building design systems.
• Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
