About the role

We are seeking a user-focused Senior Product Designer who crafts top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful web and mobile solutions.

Your daily tasks will include

• Defining and framing problem spaces and exploring multiple solutions before finalizing a design,
• Designing comprehensive experiences for specific product areas,
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, iterating to optimize the user experience,
• Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic directions and plan roadmaps aligned with business goals,
• Participating in design reviews and regularly sharing your work with design and leadership teams.

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience in product-driven companies,
• A proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile platforms,
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills,
• Experience conducting user research to validate design approaches,
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience building design systems,
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
