Formación

• 5+ années d'expérience dans des entreprises orientées produit.
• Historique prouvé de la conception de produits numériques.
• Expérience avec les méthodologies de tests A/B.

About the role

We’re seeking a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer to craft top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams for impactful web and mobile solutions.

Your daily tasks will include

• Defining and exploring problem spaces, considering multiple solutions before finalizing one,
• Designing end-to-end experiences for a specific product area,
• Monitoring and analyzing design effectiveness using user feedback and data analytics, iterating to optimize user experience,
• Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic directions and roadmap planning aligned with business goals,
• Participating in design reviews and sharing your work regularly with teams and leadership.

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience at product-driven companies,
• Proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile,
• Strong collaboration skills across teams,
• Experience conducting user research to validate designs,
• Proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems,
• Solid background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
