About the role

We’re seeking a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer to craft top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful web and mobile solutions.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Defining and framing the problem space, exploring multiple solutions before finalizing one
• Designing end-to-end experiences for a specific product area
• Monitoring and analyzing design effectiveness using user feedback and data analytics, iterating to optimize user experience
• Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic direction and plan roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Participating in design reviews and sharing your work regularly with design and leadership teams

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience at product-driven companies
• Proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience conducting user research to validate designs
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience building design systems
• Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices
