About the role

We seek a user-focused Senior Product Designer to craft top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful web and mobile solutions.

Your daily tasks will include

• Defining and exploring problem spaces to arrive at optimal solutions
• Designing comprehensive experiences for a specific product area
• Monitoring and analyzing design effectiveness using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as needed
• Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic directions and roadmap planning aligned with business goals
• Participating in design reviews and sharing work regularly with teams and leadership

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience at product-driven companies
• Proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience conducting user research to validate designs
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices
