About the Role :

At Heetch, we're looking for a mid-level Product Data Scientist to join our team. Your mission will be to analyze data, develop impactful models and algorithms, and uncover opportunities to enhance the experience of both drivers and passengers on our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, fellow data scientists, and analysts, making data-driven decisions that shape Heetch’s growth.

What Will You Do :

1. Analyze product performance to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities.
2. Collaborate with product teams to deeply understand and influence roadmap priorities.
3. Architect and maintain data pipelines and models to transform raw data into actionable insights.
4. Design, monitor, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) using statistical methods (frequentist or Bayesian).
5. Build and present clear, impactful business intelligence dashboards.

Challenges You Will Face :

1. Navigate thousands of datasets to identify hidden business opportunities.
2. Automate and motivate data-driven decision-making.
3. Maintain and improve data quality standards.

About You :

Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in data manipulation using Python and SQL.

Analytics : Strong statistical knowledge, especially with experimental design and A/B testing.

Communication : You can distill complex insights into clear recommendations for various stakeholders.

Visualization : You create powerful dashboards and presentations that tell a story.

Proactive Problem-Solving : You identify root causes using frameworks like the Five Whys.

Collaboration : Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus : Experience leading cross-team projects or writing production-ready Python code is a plus.
