seQura, based in Barcelona, seeks a Senior Product Builder to own B2B Merchant Portal initiatives across the full lifecycle: understand, shape, build, ship, measure and iterate. The role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and working across the stack when needed.

You will collaborate with merchants, stakeholders and engineers to define hypotheses, ship solutions, and leverage data and AI to improve outcomes while maintaining autonomy and accountability.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience building production software.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience owning work beyond implementation.
• Comfortable across backend and frontend.
• Able to work with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Strong product and customer curiosity.
• High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and other teams.
• Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
• Champion initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
• Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
• Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
• Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
• Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
• Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
• Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
