Job summary

Ebury Valencia Office – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. We’re seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft world-class digital experiences that simplify complexity at scale.

You’ll own end-to-end design for a key client-facing product area, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to ship high-quality experiences that deliver client value and business impact. This role may be at Level 3 or 4 depending on autonomy and scope.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft and product intuition, with layout, typography, hierarchy and interaction design.
• Demonstrated experience shipping digital products, ideally across responsive web and multiple surfaces.
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive layouts, component-based systems and platform-aware interaction patterns.
• Strong product thinking, balancing client needs, business goals and technical realities with data-informed trade-offs.
• Curiosity about new ways of working; comfortable exploring prototypes, code, data or new tools.
• Proven collaboration across Design, Product and Engineering disciplines.
• Strong organisational skills to navigate ambiguity and multiple projects.
• Fintech experience, or complex data-heavy products, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience for key client journeys across web and digital products, from prioritisation and concept through design and launch.
• Design with multi-platform support in mind, scaling across devices while maintaining clarity.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to translate strategy into actionable design and priorities.
• Simplify complex systems with a client-first perspective, balancing client needs with business goals.
• Craft elegant, intuitive solutions with strong interaction design and visual craft.
• Prototype, test and iterate quickly with research and data to define success metrics.
• Utilize AI-assisted prototyping tools to test assumptions and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality at launch.
