seQura is seeking a Senior Product Builder to own product problems across the B2B lifecycle, not just coding tasks. You’ll understand merchants, shape initiatives, and work across the stack to ship value that moves the business forward.

You’ll drive decisions with data, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply AI judiciously to improve workflows while growing Merchant Portal into a platform used by multiple teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of production software experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience owning work beyond implementation.
• Comfortable across backend and frontend.
• Able to work with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Strong product and customer curiosity.
• High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and other teams.
• Experience using AI meaningfully in development workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Own initiatives end-to-end from problem understanding to outcome validation.
• Champion initiatives: define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
• Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
• Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
• Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
• Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
• Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
• Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
