Amenitiz is seeking a Senior Product Adoption Manager to lead how customers realize value from our AI-first product surface. You’ll own activation metrics, work with Product and Engineering, and ensure adoption becomes a measurable habit across Tier 1 releases.

You’ll diagnose drop-offs in funnels, design activation flows, and automate release communications and onboarding nudges so hoteliers reach value quickly with minimal friction.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product marketing, growth or adoption-focused roles in B2B SaaS.
• Track record diagnosing low adoption with data and fixing it via product/workflow changes.
• Hands-on with product analytics; can define events with Engineering and analyze data.
• Builder mindset; uses automation/AI tools to scale without more headcount.
• Ability to translate complex features into clear customer-facing language.

Aufgaben

• Define adoption criteria and activation events for Tier 1 launches with Product and Engineering.
• Diagnose funnel drop-offs, identify blockers, and fix the real causes without over-relying on comms.
• Own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches; set targets and monitor progress.
• Prototype fixes: onboarding flows, in-app guides, or automated nudges.
• Automate release communications and customer-facing content using n8n, Claude and related tools.
• Explain complex features to internal teams and customers in simple terms.
