Position Overview :

Are you passionate about games and love keeping teams coordinated, motivated, and firing on all cylinders? Socialpoint is currently seeking a full-time Senior Producer to manage the scheduling and coordination of development processes on Dragon City. If you’re an organized, proactive leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of managing both internal teams and external partners, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Organization: Oversee team workflows, planning, documentation, and communication to ensure timely delivery.
2. Foster a culture of collaboration, responsibility, and inclusion.
3. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
4. Drive and implement the LiveOps vision, delivering engaging player experiences.
5. Define and maintain roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.

Cross-Team Coordination:

1. Collaborate with development, marketing, and community teams to ensure smooth execution of live updates.
2. Clearly communicate product vision and priorities to stakeholders.

Process Optimization:

1. Develop efficient, scalable workflows to improve production and LiveOps execution.
2. Continuously refine processes to boost efficiency and predictability.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Professional Experience: 7+ years in F2P mobile game production.
2. Track Record: Proven success in shipping and maintaining live game content.
3. Leadership & Communication: Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Project Management: Must have excellent proficiency with project management tools.
5. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of game development tools and production pipelines.
6. User-Centric Passion: Commitment to delivering high-quality, player-focused experiences.
