For our office in Madrid , we are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (m / f / d) - Renewable Energy .

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between the provider’s procurement and Business Unit functions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with principles and regulations, including KYC and Compliance, to uphold ethical standards.
• Lead tender processes for the supply of services, including Development / Construction Manager and Technical / Commercial Manager, ensuring a competitive and fair selection process.
• Define contractual requirements and guidelines in collaboration with other functions to align with supply chain and sustainability goals.
• Oversee the implementation of procurement procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Draft and refine contractual templates and best practices to streamline procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain a robust whitelist, supplier validation, and supplier rating system to ensure top-tier partnerships.
• Stay ahead of market trends and price levels to make informed procurement decisions.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field with strong skills in procurement and supplier management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field within the renewable energy sector.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, compliance regulations, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in supplier validation, risk assessment, and developing procurement strategies.
• Strong communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to challenge conventional approaches and explore innovative solutions.
