Job summary

Grupo Oesía in Spain is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end Process Mining projects, driving growth across the organization from your area of expertise with direct impact on projects and people.

You will analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with business, data and technology teams to define KPIs and business cases, while fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in a dynamic, engineering-led environment.

Qualifications

• :Experience in Process Mining with Celonis, SAP Signavio or ARIS.
• Knowledge of BPMN, SQL and process management.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Nice to have: RPA, AI, Task Mining, Python, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics 365.
• Projects with real technological impact.
• Teams where sharing knowledge is part of the job.
