Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Sr PE Innovation Engineer to elevate the Process Engineering Innovation team. You will drive large-scale improvements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior leadership while partnering with worldwide teams across Product, Tech, and Operations.

This role requires exceptional communication, strategic relationship building, and the ability to deliver data-driven solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
• Experience in capital project management involving ownership/management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of requests, engagements and interactions in fast paced environment.
• Track existing and set up new metrics as required to validate vendor and team performance.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report on performance in weekly and monthly forums with partner teams and senior leadership.
• Set measurable targets that align with the overall goals of the organization.
• Comprehend the technical requirements of our internal customers and become an expert in field.
