We are currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the team based in Tarragona.

About The Role:

Responsible for the delivery of technically and qualitatively high level process engineering design within proposals, studies, projects execution and operations, as part of a study and/or project team, in accordance with design and engineering standards, procedures, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

• Design basis.
• PFD's and heat & material balance.
• MSD and material selection philosophy.
• Process and Utility P&ID's.
• Equipment & instrumentation Datasheet.
• Utilities and chemicals consumption summaries.
• Simulations and calculations.
• Coordinate the process team activities.

About You:

• Master's degree in chemical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in Process Engineering and 5 as a leader. Significant experience of team supervision and/or coordination.
• Theoretical knowledge of process design methods & tools.
• Knowledge of HYSYS, ASPEN, HTRI and Flowmaster.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages will be valuable (French, German, etc.).
• Experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining or Petrochemical Industry.
