Job Title : Senior Manager of Content Production

Location : Madrid

Permanent contract

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Content Production to join our team at the Madrid headquarters. This pivotal role involves leading and overseeing the production of top-tier marketing content, encompassing both stills and film, for high-profile fashion campaigns and key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, plan, and manage a diverse portfolio of high-level campaigns and fashion show content productions, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, are on schedule, and within budget.
• Oversee and coordinate production timelines and deliverables, adeptly handling competing priorities and escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain full ownership of project budgets, including detailed administrative tasks. Assist the Head of Content Production in managing the annual production budget, including forecasting and strategic budget allocation.
• Negotiate agreements and cultivate strong relationships with top-tier creative collaborators, including photographers, directors, animators, set designers, glam teams, and their agents.
• Collaborate closely with the Department Director and Head of Content Production to effectively allocate departmental resources, adapting to evolving needs.
• Proactively propose and implement solutions to enhance and maintain the efficiency of our in-house production capabilities.
• Conduct ongoing research and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant, innovative, and cutting-edge.
• Lead and mentor a team of content producers, providing regular oversight, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.

Candidate Profile :

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a lead producer in a creatively-driven environment, managing complex productions across both stills and video.
• Preferably, experience in producing content for a luxury brand or a brand with similar values.
• A proven ability to manage multiple channels and deliverables simultaneously.
• Expertise in art buying and negotiation.
• A strong track record of excelling in cross-functional team environments.
• An intellectual curiosity and passion for fashion, culture, arts, and craftsmanship.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
