Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Principal Statistician for Early Phase, fully home-based across Europe. You will lead statistical activities from protocol through CSR, mentor biostatisticians, and prepare SAPs and analysis plans.

Strong R and SAS skills, plus regulatory submission experience, are essential. The role requires a PhD/MS in statistics or related field, extensive trial experience, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline.
• Proficiency in R programming.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials and leading multiple projects.
• Experience with regulatory submissions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a statistical department resource, mentors biostatisticians and develops training materials.
• Directs activities of other biostatistics personnel to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Provides support across all statistical tasks from protocol to CSR.
• Prepares or oversees SAPs and mock-up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
• May lead complex projects and attend regulatory agency meetings to support analyses.
• Creates programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures.
• Reviews CRFs, database design, and study documentation to ensure data capture.
• Monitors milestones, timelines, and communicates progress to management.
• Provides statistical programming support as needed.
• Participates in DSMB/DMC activities as needed.
