RTI Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Director to join the Biostatistics team in a hybrid or fully remote role within the EU/UK, with a preference for Barcelona. You will lead statistical research, focusing on patient-reported outcomes in clinical trials and real-world data, guiding SAPs and proposals.

The role requires advanced biostatistics expertise, strong programming skills in SAS, and collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams to advance product development and regulatory

Formación

• Master's degree in biostatistics or related quantitative discipline, with ≥6 years’ experience or PhD with ≥1 year.
• Proficient in SAS with experience developing reproducible analysis pipelines.
• Experience analyzing patient-reported outcome data in clinical trials and application to estimand framework.
• Knowledge of GCP, QA principles, and regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, conduct, and document statistical analyses for clinical trials and observational studies with emphasis on PROs.
• Develop simple to moderately complex analysis plans and contribute to SAPs.
• Write statistical sections of study reports, protocols, and proposals.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of analyses and outputs.
• Provide statistical and methodological solutions to cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and oversee less experienced staff on selected tasks.
• Learn and apply new statistical methods as needed.
• Contribute to scientific reputation and prepare presentations for external audiences.
