RTI Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Director to join its Biostatistics team. The role focuses on planning and analyzing patient-reported outcomes in clinical trials and real-world data, leading SAP development, and guiding junior staff.

The position supports hybrid or fully remote work within the EU/UK with a preference for Barcelona. Strong programming skills in SAS and experience in biostatistics are required, along with regulatory knowledge and collaboration across disciplines.

Formación

• Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience, or PhD with at least 1 year, or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated programming skills in SAS, including developing reproducible analysis pipelines.
• Experience analysing patient-reported outcomes data in clinical trials, including application to the estimand framework.
• Background in biostatistics or related quantitative disciplines.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), quality assurance principles, and regulatory environments.
• Experience with pharmaceutical industry contexts and regulatory interactions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, conduct, and document statistical analyses for clinical trials and observational studies, with emphasis on patient-reported outcomes.
• Develop simple to moderately complex SAPs and contribute to more complex SAPs under supervision.
• Write statistical sections of study reports, protocols, and proposals.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of analyses and programming outputs.
• Provide statistical and methodological support to cross-functional project teams.
• Mentor and oversee less experienced staff on selected tasks.
• Learn and apply new statistical methods to evolving project needs.
