RTI Health Solutions invites applications for an Associate Director to join its Biostatistics team. The role focuses on planning and analyzing patient-reported outcomes in clinical trials and real-world data, leading SAP development and collaborating across project teams.

The role supports hybrid or fully remote work within the EU/UK, with a preference to Barcelona. Mentoring, methodological development, and external presentations are key aspects of the position.

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or a related quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in biostatistics (or PhD with 1+ years).
• Proficient in SAS with experience building reproducible analysis pipelines.
• Experience analyzing patient-reported outcome data in clinical trials.
• Knowledge of GCP, QA principles, and regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, conduct, and document statistical analyses for clinical trials and observational studies focusing on PROs.
• Develop simple to moderately complex SAPs and contribute to more complex SAPs under supervision.
• Write statistical sections of study reports, protocols, and proposals.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of analyses and outputs.
• Provide statistical and methodological solutions to internal, cross-functional project teams.
• Mentor and oversee less experienced staff on selected tasks.
• Learn and apply new statistical methods in response to evolving needs.
• Contribute to the scientific reputation and present at external forums.
