Senior Principal Product Manager

Location(s): Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Oviedo, Santander, Sevilla, Valencia, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Spain. Work arrangement(s): Fully Remote, Hybrid, or Office.

About the role: New Relic seeks an experienced Senior Principal Product Manager to develop a new product area targeting engineering teams to improve incident response, engineering efficiency, and compliance. You will lead product discovery, strategy, and execution, working across teams to build delightful and cohesive experiences for developers and infrastructure operators.

Responsibilities include:

• Define and execute a suite of products to resolve incidents faster, enhance best practices, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product strategy.
• Coordinate with various teams to deliver product features.
• Work with UX designers and engineers on platform experiences.
• Build partnerships internally and externally to guide product decisions.
• Establish and monitor business metrics to inform decisions.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Prioritize customer experience and needs in requirements.
• Act as a key spokesperson internally and externally.

Minimum requirements:

• + years of product management experience in technical products for developers.
• Experience creating complex, user-friendly products.
• Ability to translate complex feedback into clear requirements.
• Proven collaboration skills across teams.
• Experience in medium-to-large software companies, B2B products, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Bonus points:

• MBA.
• Experience with data visualization and cloud platforms.
