Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en ventas de servicios profesionales y gestionados en entornos de nube.
• Experiencia técnica y comercial demostrada en roles de preventa.

Responsabilidades

• Definir la solución adecuada para el cliente, alineando tecnología y factores de riesgo.
• Liderar el desarrollo de soluciones basadas en la nube y generar estimaciones.

Role Overview: As a Presales Consultant, you play a pivotal role at Insight, serving as a trusted advisor and technical lead for clients. Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will assess business needs, recommend optimal technology solutions, and demonstrate their value to secure technical buy-in. In this role, you will guide customers through the evaluation and adoption of cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and ideally AWS. Your responsibilities will include project qualification, requirements gathering, risk assessment, and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs) that help win technical decisions in sales opportunities. You will also lead presentations and solution demonstrations for key stakeholders, including C-level executives, showcasing how cloud technologies can drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Advisory: Define the right solution for the client, aligning technology, pricing, and risk factors to ensure a balanced and strategic approach.
2. Technical Leadership: Lead the development of cloud-based solutions, generating estimates and approaches in collaboration with the Services Delivery and Architecture teams.
3. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, including writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and preparing impactful presentations.
4. Senior-Level Engagement: Confidently present technical topics to senior executives, including C-suite leaders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
5. Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Apply industry best practices, leverage reusable assets, and incorporate previous experiences to consistently deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have expertise in at least three (3) of the following modern digital technologies:

1. Azure IaaS & PaaS (e.g., Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, App Services, Kubernetes, Functions)
2. Data Center Transformation (e.g., hybrid cloud strategies, server migrations, infrastructure modernization)
3. Data & Warehousing (e.g., Azure Synapse, Power BI, data lakes, analytics solutions)
4. Identity Management & Governance (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management)
5. Microsoft 365 Ecosystem (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Defender, Compliance solutions)
6. Application Modernization (e.g., containerization, microservices, DevOps pipelines, low-code/no-code platforms)
7. Managed Services (e.g., ongoing cloud operations, automation, ITSM frameworks)

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Extensive experience in selling professional and managed services, particularly within cloud and hybrid environments.
2. Technical and commercial acumen, demonstrated through previous presales roles.
3. 5+ years of experience in cloud and on-premises sales, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
4. 2+ years of experience in Microsoft sales, covering areas such as Modern Work, Security, and Cloud Computing.
5. 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions, including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Security Center, Azure SQL & SQL Server, Cloud Storage & Backup, AWS solutions (desirable), Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric.
6. Cloud solution architecture and implementation expertise, including design, integration, and security for hybrid cloud environments.
7. Deep knowledge of multiple IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS solutions to align with clients' business needs.
8. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Experience with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, etc.) will be highly valuable.
