JR Spain busca un Power BI Platform Engineer para unirse a su equipo de Servicios de Gestión de Datos, ofreciendo una plataforma analítica segura y confiable. El candidato ideal tiene una licenciatura, al menos 3 años de experiencia en infraestructura IT, y sólido conocimiento en Azure y DevOps. Ofrecemos un entorno de trabajo híbrido, donde podrás contribuir a optimizar plataformas a gran escala.

Formación

• 3 años de experiencia en infraestructura IT o gestión de cambios/proyectos.
• Experiencia sólida con herramientas de infraestructura y Azure.
• Conocimientos en conceptos de gestión y ingeniería de datos.

Responsabilidades

• Operar y evolucionar la plataforma Power BI Gateway en entornos multi-nuvem y locales.
• Proporcionar soporte a ingenieros de datos y usuarios técnicos respecto a Power BI.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y estándares regulatorios.

Empower Data-Driven Decisions at Scale

We are looking for a medior or senior Power BI Platform Engineer to join our Data Management Services team within the Data & AI Services domain. You will be instrumental in shaping, operating, and scaling the Power BI Gateway infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-prem environments.

In this role, you will help us deliver a reliable, secure, and highly available analytics platform used by business units across the company. You will collaborate with other platform engineers, data engineers, and DevOps experts to automate, monitor, and continuously improve platform performance and integration.

What You’ll Do

• Platform Ownership: Operate and evolve the Power BI Gateway platform across multi-cloud and on-premise setups.
• Support & Enablement: Provide support to data engineers and other technical users to unlock the full potential of Power BI for data products and dashboards.
• Operations & Service Delivery: Drive platform reliability through change/configuration/lifecycle management and resolve complex incidents.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure platform compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Automation & CI/CD: Design and implement automation via CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and scripting to improve efficiency.
• Integration: Set up and manage Power BI Gateway data connections and integrations across platforms.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's or master’s degree (or equivalent thinking level).
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or change/project work.
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure tools.
• Understanding of Data Management and Data Engineering concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a collaborative mindset.
• Working experience in Agile (Scrum) environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with Power BI internals, report governance, or enterprise BI tools.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services and hybrid architecture models.
• Security and compliance knowledge within enterprise platforms.
