Responsibilities include :

• Developing and executing regulatory strategies for the crypto-asset industry in the EMEA region.
• Engaging with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and policymakers to shape the regulatory landscape.
• Analyzing local regulatory proposals and advising on risks and opportunities.
• Managing the licensing approval process in various markets.
• Collaborating with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of regulatory experience in financial services or crypto-assets.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in the EMEA region.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• University degree and proficiency in English.

Working conditions :

• Fully remote with flexible hours.
• Travel may be required occasionally.
