Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized self-starter with deep knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in the crypto-asset industry within the EMEA region. This role involves translating regulatory requirements into strategic actions, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting licensing initiatives globally.

You will report to the regional Lead in Regulatory and Licensing, collaborating with project managers and teams to ensure compliance and licensing success.

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies for market entry and compliance.
• Regulatory Advocacy and Collaboration: Engage with authorities and industry bodies to shape policies that support innovation and safety.
• Policy Analysis and Guidance: Analyze regulatory proposals, advise on risks, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Regulatory Approval Process: Assist in obtaining necessary licenses in various markets.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Work with legal, compliance, and finance teams to address regulatory challenges.

Minimum of 5 years of regulatory experience in financial services or crypto-assets, with strong knowledge of EMEA frameworks and excellent communication skills. A university degree and proficiency in English are required.
