Edreams in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Designer to map and simplify complex support ecosystems and automate processes to improve agent and customer experiences. You’ll shape end-to-end service design and conversational AI flows within the Product Design Team, aligning business goals with user-centered design using research and data.

This role offers impact at scale in a leading travel subscription company with an AI-driven service platform, relocation support, and a hybrid work model

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Design, focused on B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise tools.
• Mastery of Service Design and mapping end-to-end journeys across digital and operational touchpoints.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to scope impact across ecosystems.
• Experience in Conversational AI, VUI, and multimodal interaction patterns.
• Proficiency with flow visualization tools (FigJam, Miro, Lucidchart) and translating logic into UI.

Responsabilidades

• Design for complexity and efficiency across end-to-end processes.
• Improve internal agent tools and customer self-serve tools to empower users with insights.
• Lead research activities and usability studies to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Translate business KPIs and metrics into design strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the design of Conversational AI and VUI flows for phone and chat interactions.
• Provide functional specs to Front-end engineers and contribute to the Design System.
• Align with operations and product leads to connect design choices with SLAs and performance metrics.
• Communicate design value and potential impact to stakeholders.
