Описание: N26 is a digital bank that provides a branchless banking experience through technology and design. It operates a global banking platform across European markets, offering digital banking services without physical branches, paperwork, or hidden fees.

Задачи

• Lead the strategy, design, delivery, and enterprise-scale adoption of Agentic AI, hyperautomation, process mining, and internal tooling for Banking Operations
• Design, deploy, and govern end-to-end, multi-step Agentic AI solutions and automations for high-volume processes, cross-team friction, and manual back-office tasks
• Translate complex ML/AI concepts into practical working systems for Banking Operations
• Identify structural and behavioral barriers to adoption and design frameworks that embed AI capabilities into daily operations and team decision-making
• Lead structured process capture, process mining, and workflow mapping
• Evaluate opportunities to redesign end-to-end workflows instead of automating existing inefficiencies
• Partner with Conversational Banking and Platform owners to optimize Salesforce and integrate AI agents with central architecture and AWS infrastructure
• Define and track metrics for each initiative, including FTE impact, handling times, error rates, cost-per-unit, and time saved
• Work with Banking Ops leads, Data Science, AI Enablement, and Engineering to turn operational pain points into product specs, PRDs, and prompt configurations
• Collaborate with Data Protection, Legal, and Compliance teams to build workflows compliant with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and internal governance standards
• Own product readiness for launches and ensure that changes in one pod do not disrupt downstream processes, control environments, or customer outcomes

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation
• Experience in a fast-moving technology, digital, or fintech environment
• Demonstrated experience taking ML, RPA, or Agentic AI products from 0 to 1 or significantly scaling them with measurable operational savings
• Hands-on experience with APIs, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Ability to build or configure the first version of a solution while designing its long-term vision
• Expertise in workflow mapping, failure demand analysis, and structured waste-reduction methodologies
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
• Background in banking or fintech and experience navigating compliance, legal, and risk sign-offs in a control-heavy environment
• Proficiency in data-driven impact modeling and measurement using Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
• Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting complex trade-offs to senior leadership
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Nice to have: Experience in a fast-moving tech, digital, or fintech environment
