• Significant experience in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi preferred, but Terraform/CloudFormation welcome).

Responsibilities

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll be building the backbone of Europe’s fastest-growing digital mental health platform. Your work will ensure that our clinicians and clients can connect reliably and securely, while enabling the company to scale internationally.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape architecture and DevOps practices, mentor other engineers, and tackle complex technical challenges at scale. This is your chance to combine cutting-edge engineering with meaningful impact.

• Architect, build, and evolve cloud-native infrastructure that supports millions of therapy sessions with zero downtime.
• Ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, and high-performing, supporting rapid growth across multiple markets.
• Design monitoring and observability systems that give full visibility into platform health and performance.
• Champion a DevOps culture, empowering engineers to own reliability, scalability, and continuous delivery.
• Mentor, coach, and influence engineering teams, helping to raise the bar across the company.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in digital healthcare.

Qualifications

You will be the perfect fit if:

• You have significant experience in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (setup, migration, cluster management).
• Solid expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Experience with microservice-oriented architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi preferred, but Terraform/CloudFormation welcome).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Proficiency in programming, with experience in Typescript or Javascript preferred.
• A curious, problem-solving mindset, always looking for better tools and approaches.

Bonus points

• Experience deploying SPAs, Node.js + GraphQL apps.
• Experience deploying Python gunicorn/FastAPI apps.
• Linux VM and scripting experience.
• AWS certifications.
