Biorce, a Healthtech company in Barcelona, is seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE to build scalable, GPU-friendly infrastructure for AI-driven workloads.

You will lead GitOps adoption, automate pipelines, and improve observability across multi-tenant environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship reliably.

The role offers hybrid work in Barcelona, private health coverage, and modern hardware to empower productivity and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production environments (multi-tenant clusters, GPU scheduling, autoscaling).
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience deploying and operating GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
• Strong CI/CD design and enabling teams to ship faster with confidence.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging/tracing tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
• Troubleshooting complex distributed systems and improving reliability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with development, data, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable, secure Kubernetes infrastructure for AI-driven workloads.
• Lead adoption of GitOps practices with automated pipelines.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and reliability in multi-tenant environments with GPU workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering to design cloud-native solutions and production deployment practices.
