As a Senior Backend Engineer specializing in high-performance systems, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of Fever's live-entertainment platform. We're seeking someone with proven software development excellence, a keen eye for code quality, and a drive to get things done right. This is an opportunity to have real impact in a high-growth global category leader.

Fully integrate into the team and participate in planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

Good vision about the main systems, points of failure and framework to identify performance gaps

Create production-grade Python code designed to handle high levels of traffic.

Responsible for redesigning one of our major workflows to improve scalability, performance and geographical distribution.

Strong knowledge of good practices, testing, and design patterns.

Proficiency in business English.

Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, taking it to its limits (ideally PostgreSQL).

Proficiency in using Datadog or other similar profiling tools and monitoring systems.

Redis.

Celery with RabbitMQ.

AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Home office friendly anywhere in Spain.
