Formación

• 5 años de experiencia como desarrollador backend PHP.
• Experiencia en la industria de pagos.

• Analizar los requisitos empresariales y determinar la viabilidad técnica.

The role:

Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for a Senior PHP Backend Developer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the development of our core business payment backend applications in collaboration with your agile team partners. You will evolve in a motivating highly technical environment with challenging services interactions and payment protocol implementation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with product managers to design, develop, test and implement solutions using an iterative and agile development methodology
• Work closely with the design team to build reusable code and modules
• Identify gaps in the backend core services layer for achieving desired functionality
• Analyze business requirements and determine technical feasibility
• Design and perform unit and integration testing
• Debug and fix defects found in continuous integration of iterative application builds
• Coordinate with peer developers and release team for code reviews to ensure standards are followed
• Provide engineering support for customer issues and general problem solving
• Maintain and improve the quality and the test suite

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar; Master’s degree is a plus
• 5 years of experience as a PHP backend developer
• Experience in the payment industry
• Strong knowledge of REST backend technologies
• Experience with development tools: git, Gitlab, Redmine, Docker, CI/CD
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge in Java/Spring Boot is a plus
• English proficiency (good technical level)
