What is the Role :

Elastic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Barcelona-based Enablement Onboarding Program Manager to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that Elastic's new EMEA field sales employees, including Account Executives and Solutions Architects (SA), are effectively onboarded and equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, training, and development, with a passion for creating impactful onboarding experiences.

What you will be doing :

  • Onboarding Program Development : Assist in creating, coordinating, and executing comprehensive onboarding programs for new field sales employees in EMEA. Ensure training programs align with Elastic's core solutions, desired sales skills, and regional objectives. Track the pipeline and development of new Elastic field sales employees and ensure compliance with regional regulations and practices.
  • Tech Stack Utilization : Facilitate adoption and effective use of sales tools including Salesforce, ElasticGPT (internal GenAI search), Seismic, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Regional Coordination : Collaborate with EMEA Sales, SA, Services, and Customer Architect leaders to tailor training programs to regional sales strategies. Ensure regionally aligned, consistent, and repeatable education outcomes.
  • Training Program Implementation : Design and implement engaging, effective, and up-to-date training programs aligned with industry best practices and product updates.
  • Performance Metrics : Work with HR, Finance, and Sales Ops to track KPIs measuring onboarding and training effectiveness. Use insights to improve training outcomes continuously.
  • Cross-Collaboration : Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR teams to support training initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement : Establish feedback mechanisms with sales leaders and employees to refine training programs.

What you bring with you :

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, sales enablement, or training, with a proven record of successful onboarding programs, especially across multiple regions including EMEA.
  • Strong project management skills for creating and tracking training events.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Generative AI tools, with quick learning ability.
  • Knowledge or quick learning capability regarding Elastic's core products : Search, Observability, and Security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear presentation of complex information.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Currently residing in Barcelona.
