About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy in Barcelona. You will take full ownership of performance marketing campaigns, driving growth, efficiency, and ROI across multiple paid channels.

As part of our Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally and with external agencies to optimize campaigns, improve acquisition costs and ROI, and build a scalable marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel paid acquisition strategy, including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, and more.
  • Optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, ROI, and overall growth efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing across ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage budget allocation and forecasting to maximize efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Collaborate with the Data team to track performance, measure attribution, and implement marketing mix modeling.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of campaigns and optimize performance reporting dashboards.
  • Use insights to improve targeting, bidding strategies, and user segmentation.
  • Work closely with the Product and CRM teams to align marketing efforts with activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Partner with external agencies to test new ad formats, visuals, and messaging.
  • Explore new acquisition channels and innovative growth hacks to scale the business.
Technical & Marketing Skills Required

You should be a performance marketing expert who thrives in fast-paced environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition in B2C tech startups or scaleups. Fintech or banking experience is a plus.
  • Deep expertise of ad buying on Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and more.
  • Strong skills in tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics. Familiarity with Adjust is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROI, LTV, and marketing efficiency metrics.
  • Experience working with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong budget management and forecasting skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
