We're looking for an exceptional Performance Marketer to join our team and drive results across our advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven technical expertise who can scale campaigns while maintaining profitability and providing clear insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize high-performance digital marketing campaigns across Google and YouTube platforms
- Create comprehensive media plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Build and maintain detailed performance tracking and reporting systems
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling potential
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and team members
- Proactively test new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance
- Manage enterprise-level ad spend with precision and accountability
Requirements Platform Expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
- Advanced proficiency with YouTube Ads, particularly for direct response campaigns
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, bidding strategies (both manual and automated), attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Experience integrating GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools into comprehensive reporting systems
Strategic Application & Business Acumen
- Proven ability to adapt campaign strategies across various business models (eCommerce, SaaS, service-based)
- Skilled in identifying and scaling winning offers and angles unique to each business
- Strong capability to interpret core business metrics : CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rate, etc.
- Experience building media plans that align with growth goals, budgets, and margin requirements
Experience & Track Record
- Direct experience managing enterprise-level accounts ($100K+ / month ad spend)
- Demonstrated success scaling both eCommerce and non-eCommerce accounts
- Track record of building and leading high-performing campaigns from scratch (not just optimizing existing ones)
Executional Excellence
- Capable of operating quickly without sacrificing attention to detail
- Skilled at managing multiple accounts simultaneously with consistent performance
- Implements strong QA processes for campaign builds and reporting accuracy
Independent & Proactive Thinking
- Self-starter who proposes new strategies, tests, and improvements without prompting
- Able to challenge assumptions and solve performance bottlenecks creatively
- Maintains a strong point of view on current performance marketing best practices and trends
Communication & Reporting
- Clear communicator who can translate complex performance insights to clients
- Proficient in building dashboards, writing client updates, and creating performance reports
- Open to feedback while confidently participating in strategic discussions
Ideal Bonus Skills
- Experience with landing page CRO, funnel analysis, and split testing
- Familiarity with multi-channel attribution models (Meta, Email, etc.)
- Background in creative strategy development for YouTube and Display campaigns
