UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join the Performance Test Services team in Madrid. You will design, implement, execute, and analyze performance tests and synthetic monitoring to ensure high standards of performance, scalability, stability, and availability across critical platforms.

• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance testing, engineering, test automation, and software engineering.
• Experience designing and executing performance testing in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured root-cause analysis approach.
• Experience developing performance and synthetic monitoring solutions using Playwright and Grafana k6.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute performance and load testing strategies for business-critical applications.
• Build and maintain synthetic monitoring solutions to measure availability and user experience.
• Analyze test results and produce clear, actionable reports with optimization recommendations.
• Review performance testing and monitoring code written in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, and infrastructure to improve performance.
