Job summary

Avolta in Madrid is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to ensure Nexus (SAP SuccessFactors) processes are correctly designed, governed, and enabled across the employee lifecycle. This role acts as a senior HR expert, translating People policies and labor-law requirements into scalable system solutions and collaborates with People, IT, Payroll, and Finance.

You will own the People data model, ensure GDPR compliance, define KPIs, and support global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, People Operations, or People Technology.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
• Experience in global, multi-country environments.
• Ability to translate complex People requirements into clear system designs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a functional HR SME for Nexus/SAP SF, covering hire-to-retire.
• Designs and defines global People processes balancing standards with local needs.
• Translates HR policies and compliance needs into functional designs.
• Leads functional analysis and creates FRDs, AS-IS/TO-BE, SOPs, RACI.
• Owns and protects the People data model and job architecture.
• Ensures GDPR compliance and strong data governance.
• Partners with Payroll and Finance for accurate integrations.
• Defines functional reporting and People KPIs for decision support.
• Advises stakeholders and challenges risky requests for compliance.
• Supports change, adoption, and knowledge sharing in People Technology.
