Job summary

Hexagon is seeking a hands-on Power BI and data-people specialist in Barcelona. You will own the People data on the business side, build dashboards in Power BI, define data models and KPI definitions, and collaborate with IT/BI, Finance, and HR leaders across divisions.

Join P&C Intelligence to drive reporting, workforce planning, and cost awareness. You will lead sessions, map data requirements, and deliver data products that inform executive decisions in a multinational, hybrid work

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience building Power BI solutions end to end, including semantic models and security.
Strong SQL and dimensional data modelling experience.
Proven experience leading data/BI projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models for business leaders and P&C.
Run requirements sessions with business and P&C stakeholders and translate questions into specifications.
Lead the business side of moving People data from SAP BW to Microsoft Fabric with IT/BI.
Define target People data model, KPI definitions and glossary.
Set up access rules and security for sensitive People data in Power BI.
Plan and track work: backlog, priorities, status updates and decisions.
Integrate new data sources over time (e.g., SuccessFactors, Power Apps).
