Come and build the future of media with us!About the roleAs we embark on an exciting and challenging period of growth, we are seeking a highly organized Senior People & Culture Ops Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and help us continue to create a great place to work. This pivotal role is essential to our operations and will report directly to the Director of People & Culture. You will provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, streamline HR processes, and ensure a seamless experience for employees during their journey with us.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fully remote, dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys problem-solving while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp with the implementation of key People & Culture initiatives in line with the People StrategyPartner with the Director of People & Culture to manage and resolve employee-related queriesAssist with the implementation and maintenance of People SystemsLiaise with external partners (systems, benefits and training providers, etc)Clarify and enforce people policies and processes across the company, whilst ensuring compliance, confidentiality and data protectionDeal with daily people operations activities across the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboardingEscalate relevant feedback and metrics to your leadCollaborate effectively with a range of teams and stakeholders internallySkills and experienceBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldOver 3 years of experience as an in-house people ops practitioner across multiple time zonesTenure in a tech or digital media startup, preferably with over 100 employeesDemonstrable experience handling and supporting the day-to-day people operations activities, systems and initiatives during the employee lifecycleExperience delivering feedback reports and metrics to the line managerStrong English communication skills and interpersonal skills permeated by diplomacy, and a collaborative styleOrganised, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks effectively at the same timeAbility to work at pace in rapid growth and changing environments i essential while maintaining accuracy and quality under pressureA can-do attitude with a curious mind and passion for learningCIPD qualification with a level 3 minimum, or similar accredited qualificationOther languages apart from EnglishExperience of working across multiple jurisdictions will be a plusTech-savvy with a passion for AI enablement in a people functionElectrify CultureDynamic environment - We are dedicated to providing a world-class creative culture where our employees can thrive.
