Formación

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

Are you passionate about payroll regulatory compliance and personnel management? This is your opportunity to join our team in Alcobendas!

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the (outsourced) payroll process for Spain & Portugal covering multiple legal entities.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain proper payroll records.
  3. Keep GEAs global and local policies up to date and integrated into the payroll process.
  4. Work closely with local HRBPs and our central HR resource center in Berlin on daily tasks and support for projects.
  5. Ensure timely payment of salaries, taxes, and social security contributions.
  6. Respond to employee inquiries and escalate questions and concerns when necessary.
  7. Serve as a responsible backup in case of absences.
Your Profile / Qualifications:
  1. University degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing within a multinational environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  4. Proficiency in payroll software, Microsoft Office, Workday, and various HR systems.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
