About the Role – Human Resources Payroll (Madrid HQ)

Are you passionate about people and precision? We're looking for a detail-driven Payroll Analyst to join our HR team in Madrid.

You’ll ensure the accurate and compliant execution of payroll and labor-related activities at HQ while also supporting our international offices — making sure every QGMI team member is cared for across the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage payroll and labor processes for Spain and support international offices.
  • Ensure compliance in contracts, payroll, IRPF, social security, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases with lifecycle changes (onboarding, changes, exits).
  • Collaborate with finance for monthly reporting, forecasting, and labor cost analysis.
  • Support employees with queries and guidance related to labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with local HR in our international offices to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll / labor relations, ideally in an international environment.
  • Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong command of Spanish and English (French, Portuguese, or German are a plus).
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
  • Experience with HR platforms (e.g., Workday, Factorial).
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python is a big plus.
