What You Can Expect From The Work
As Senior Partnerships Manager for Iberia, you'll be based in Spain and will:
- Contribute to the growth of TicketSwap in the Iberian market, building strong relationships with key partners, together with the Iberia Region Lead.
- Focus on partnership management by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction, performance, and retention, while identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Support the onboarding of new partners in collaboration with the Iberia Business Developer, ensuring a seamless transition into long-term account management.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the region.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, aligning TicketSwap’s solutions with their goals and delivering value through operational support and strategic advice.
- Monitor trends, gather insights, and identify areas for growth or innovation in Spain and Portugal.
- Use market intelligence and partner feedback to improve our products and services, collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiations to maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
- Represent TicketSwap at industry events, conferences, and partner activations to increase visibility and strengthen connections.
- Travel within Spain, Portugal, and occasionally internationally will be required.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Native-level Spanish (Castellano) and fluent English skills; Portuguese and co-official languages (Catalan, Basque, etc.) are a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, or Brand/Marketing Partnerships, preferably within the tech, ticketing, or live entertainment industries.
- A relationship-first approach with a commercial mindset, capable of spotting growth opportunities, building trust, and managing a partnership pipeline.
- Proven success in managing complex stakeholder relationships with tailored solutions.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in marketing or promotional campaigns contributing to partner success and visibility.
- A data-driven, results-oriented work approach.
- High autonomy and ownership, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible, adaptable attitude suited to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently within Iberia and internationally each quarter.
