You will be part of the Performance Media department within Central Marketing, collaborating across functions like CRM, Data, and Product teams, supporting all countries where TheFork operates.

As a Paid Search Manager, you will drive growth in paid search activities across countries, analyze data, stay updated on tracking and measurement innovations, and work with AI and relevant tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up, reporting, and optimizing campaigns to meet company objectives for Paid Search and App Campaigns on Google.
• Analyzing data beyond platform metrics, including website and app behavior.
• Collaborating with agencies to maximize investment effectiveness.
• Leading projects like adopting new tools or features to foster innovation and growth.
• Communicating results and recommendations with marketing teams to improve user experience.

Location: Barcelona

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in agencies, SaaS, or service companies.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical, data-driven, skilled in deriving actionable insights.
• Team player with a driven, self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn.
• Expertise in Excel, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and feeds management tools; familiarity with scripting languages or SQL is a plus.
